Refund policy
We want you to love your Little Love Bub cushion, but if you change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it's unused in its original unopened packaging, and with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund unless your order meets these conditions.
Please contact us to arrange the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Once we receive and inspect the cushion, we'll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Please use contact us to initiate a return.
If you believe your nursing cushion has a problem covered by a consumer guarantee, please contact our customer service team at https://littlelovebub.com/pages/contact with the following information:
- Your proof of purchase (e.g., email receipt, bank statement, or order number).
- A detailed description of the issue (we may ask for photographs or videos clearly showing the problem (if applicable).
We will then assess your claim and guide you through the process.
